Two People Stabbed Near Central Park in New York City, Police Say

The police arrested a man after the daylight attacks on the Upper West Side. It was not immediately clear what led to the stabbings, but the Police Department was investigating whether they were hate crimes.The first of two stabbings on the Upper West Side took place near Central Park West and 84th St.
