Officer Charged With Stealing Journalist’s Camera Bag at Delaney Hall ICE Protest

Darryl Brown, a sergeant with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, is accused of taking home a bag dropped by a photojournalist outside the Delaney Hall immigration detention center in Newark.Protesters at Delaney Hall, a federal immigration detention center in Newark on Saturday.
