Bedrock, an A.I. Start-Up for Construction, Raises $270 Million

The two-year-old company, founded by veterans of the autonomous vehicle business Waymo, is seeking to automate excavators and other building equipment.Bedrock Robotics says its products could eventually allow contractors to work on projects as long as 24 hours a day.
