President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine said five members of a family had been killed in the latest large-scale aerial assault by Moscow.In Lviv, western Ukraine, on Thursday morning, at the site of a Russian missile strike. The overnight attack pushed Russia’s use of ballistic missiles to a new monthly record.
