Everton Blair Jr. Wins Race to Fill David Scott’s House Seat in Georgia

Everton Blair Jr. will serve until January in the seat long held by Mr. Scott, who died in April. Mr. Blair is not competing in the general election for the next full term in the deep-blue district.Everton Blair Jr. will head to Washington for the remaining months of Representative David Scott’s term.
