Camp Mystic May Not Receive License to Reopen After Fatal Flood in Texas

A review by state officials in Texas said the camp, hit by catastrophic flooding last year, was not in compliance with safety requirements.Some of Camp Mystic’s emergency plans were judged incomplete, insufficient or missing by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
