Pennsylvania Nursing Home Explosion Kills at Least 2

Two explosions at the Bristol Health and Rehab Center in Bristol Township resulted in a large fire and partial collapse of the building, officials said. It was not clear how many were injured.A gas explosion at a nursing home in Bristol, Pa., drew a large emergency response on Tuesday afternoon.
