Trump Targets Forced Labor in Global Tariff Scheme

The Trump administration began a trade investigation Thursday into whether dozens of countries have policies to combat forced labor.Trucks leaving the Port of Los Angeles last May. The latest trade investigation is part of an effort by the Trump administration to resurrect a global system of tariffs struck down by the Supreme Court last month.
